A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking a strategic and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to drive procurement excellence and operational performance at a key production site. This leadership role is responsible for aligning sourcing, and supplier strategies with broader business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact function focused on cost optimization, supplier performance, and operational continuity.

• Lead site-level procurement operations, including sourcing, purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including KPI ownership, cost reduction initiatives, and alignment with SIOP and production goals
• Oversee supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and risk management while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement through lean practices and data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, ideally within a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• Experience procurement of electrical parts/devices etc.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving measurable improvements in cost, delivery, and supplier performance
• Strong analytical, communication, and systems skills, with experience in ERP systems, inventory programs (kanban/consignment), and supplier negotiations

Location:

Oro Valley / Tucson, AZ - Onsite M-F (1/2 days Friday)

Salary: $130-150K base + 12.5 % target bonus Benefits:
