Sr. Analyst, Logistics (Delivery Administrator)
Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Logistics (Delivery Administrator) who will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of the Material Delivery Services. Tasks include preparing commercial and government deliveries for operations and engineering materials/services. Material Delivery Services is responsible for making sure deliveries are processed accurately and on time. The selected candidate will be required to prepare and process APEX/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) delivery requests.
The day-to-day responsibilities listed below are necessary to meet program needs and schedule requirements.
What You Will Do
- Prioritize delivery requests to meet customer need and contract due date.
- Utilize APEX, PRISM, MOCAS, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
- Utilize RMD/Govt Contracts to execute DD250.
- Coordinate with Shipping Inspection, DCMA, GFP, and Traffic to complete DD250's.
- Understand the requirements in DFARS Appendix
F. - Participate in Program meetings regarding DD250 execution.
- Communicate directly with internal and external customers
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent.
- US Citizen - Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- 2 years of experience in a logistics, supply chain or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience with SAP, Contracts, and WAWF.
