Job SummaryRaytheon seeks a Sr. Analyst, Logistics (Delivery Administrator) to support the Material Delivery Services team. Responsibilities include preparing and processing commercial and government deliveries, managing APEX/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) requests, executing DD250s, and coordinating with shipping and contracting stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Prioritize delivery requests to meet customer needs and contract due dates.
- Use APEX, PRISM, MOCAS, and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) for delivery execution.
- Execute DD250s using RMD/Government Contracts.
- Coordinate with Shipping Inspection, DCMA, GFP, and Traffic to complete DD250s.
- Interpret DFARS Appendix F requirements.
- Participate in program meetings related to DD250 execution.
- Communicate directly with internal and external customers.
- University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Experience with SAP or equivalent enterprise system.
- U.S. citizenship with an active, transferable security clearance.
- 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data‑analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with SAP, contracts, and WAWF.
Salary range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
