Overview
Senior Logistics Analyst – Onsite, Tucson, AZ. Requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a secret DoD security clearance. Responsible for managing inbound expedite requests, resolving discrepant shipments, and coordinating with cross‑functional logistics teams.
Responsibilities- Review, assign, and resolve expedite and hold requests from internal teams, procurement, operations, planning, and engineering.
- Provide updates, guidance, and system support, redirecting requests as necessary.
- Update and route requests in SAP/PRISM, ensuring proper routing to the appropriate operation.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities with Receiving, Quality Inspection, Warehousing, and Transportation.
- Learn and apply knowledge of SAP/PRISM purchase order types, inventory positions, dock‑to‑stock activities/metrics, and issuing items to factories and labs.
- Support analysis of material flow, inventory management systems, and transportation systems.
- Provide status updates on requests to ensure equipment, materials, and services are delivered on time.
- Resolve requests daily to meet customer requirements and propose solutions to mitigate work stoppage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree.
- Experience in a customer support/service role resolving customer concerns and requests.
- Demonstrated tracking record and reconciliation of issue data.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a secret DoD security clearance.
- Self‑motivated, detail oriented, and collaborative team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) and strong proofreading skills.
Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, and other company benefits per business unit. Additional incentive compensation programs may apply based on level and collective‑bargaining agreements.
