• Develop and implement material strategies and forecasting.
• Ensure cost and schedule requirements are met.
• Evaluate metrics to monitor GSCM health.
• Conduct supplier assessments and develop/support ROMs and proposals.
• Drive processes to successful completion supporting aggressive delivery schedules.
• Increase operational efficiencies for business area and program success.
• Operate independently, escalating when assistance is required.
• Process strategic and tactical tasks, influencing team decisions.
• Work in cross‑functional team‑oriented environment.
• Manage multiple conflicting priorities with supplier managers.
• Process information from multiple sources to achieve successful outcomes.

• University degree or equivalent; 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years experience.
• Experience leading or participating in cross‑functional teams.
• Material forecasting and strategy experience.
• EVMS certification (preferred).
• Lead program management efforts, address issues, resolve conflicts.
• Financial knowledge, supplier negotiation mechanics, and execution of cost reduction opportunities.
• Experience managing suppliers or projects.
• Experience supporting supplier production readiness and capacity assessments.

USD 132, (annual)
