Looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact on operations, work cross-functionally, and help keep a business running smoothly? As a Buyer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the right materials are in place at the right time—supporting both daily operations and larger customer projects.

What You'll Experience in this position:
In this role, you'll have a mix of purchasing, planning, and coordination responsibilities, including:
- Manage day-to-day buying activities for all production raw materials, project needs, and ad hoc requests
- Support customer orders and expedites, ensuring timely delivery and responsiveness
- Place purchase orders for MRP requirements and outside processing needs
- Update and manage purchase orders (delivery dates, pricing, etc.) within Syteline
- Expedite orders and collaborate with suppliers to keep projects on track
- Assist with invoice reconciliation and vendor setup/documentation
- Support the warehouse team with overages, shortages, and damaged shipments
- Partner closely with management, warehouse, quality and engineering teams to meet business goals
- Work with global teams, Accounts Payable, and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and efficiency
- Help improve processes, tools, and documentation across procurement
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain (or related field) or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with systems and data (Excel required; Syteline is a plus)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
