12 hr. Shift: 7pm - 7am (12hr shift)

The Vehicle Supply Technician (VST) is responsible for ensuring that all ambulances are response ready for field crews coming in for their shift assignment, with the goal of reducing down time and increasing the quality and delivery of our services to the crews and our patients. Possessing in depth knowledge of the Warehouse for the receiving of goods, inventory management, filling and delivering orders.

Tracking of inventory using Operative IQ software, maintaining a clean and functional work area, and other duties as assigned.

You will be required to create and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

• Vehicle inventory check/control of supplies and equipment.
• Clean ambulances and other field vehicles inside and outside daily.
• Restock ambulance supplies daily
• Ordering/Tracking requested goods via online systems/programs,
• communicating with outside vendors to procure needed items.
• Keeping accurate inventory numbers using various computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean and functional workspace.
• Respond to daily phone inquiries from crews to help facilitate coordination between departments.
• Requisition supplies for replacement.
• Inform Supervisor and Fleet Maintenance of breakdowns and cause of equipment failure for repair/reallocate ambulance to crew and keep accurate log.
• Document condition of ambulance at EOS and schedule preparedness for shift personnel.
• Update ‘crew in service’ information on Operative IQ for equipment tracking.
• Processing and shipping Warehouse orders.
• Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.
• Conduct self in a professional manner in accordance with the Company’s ‘Standards of Conduct’ policy.
• Arrive for duty on time, appropriately groomed and in the proper work dress/uniform.
• Complete all required/assigned Company training
• Adhere to and comply with all Company and information security systems policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• * Valid State of Arizona Driver’s License with good driving record and NO driving restrictions.
• * Background Check and Drug Screen will be conducted. Marijuana is a disqualifier and is included in the drug screen panel.
• Some experience in the industry preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work under time constraints
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
