During the four-month training period, candidates will complete the following:

• Warehouse Operations Training
• Station Operations & Management Training
• Basic Team Leadership Development
• Independent Handling of On-site Operational Issues
• Development of Operational Management Capabilities

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree or above.
• Preferred Majors:
  Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Language:
  Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
