What You`ll Be Doing:

As a Day Porter, you`ll be the key to keeping apartment communities looking beautiful and welcoming. Your daily tasks may include:

• Maintaining clean grounds, walkways, amenities, and parking structures
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and basic landscaping
• Cleaning common areas including leasing offices, restrooms, and lobbies
• Final touch-ups in vacant units (appliances, counters, floors, etc.)
• Replacing trash liners and restocking supplies
• Light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, touch-up paint, pressure washing)

What We`re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience as a porter, custodian, or groundskeeper (preferably in Multi-Family housing)
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
• Familiar with cleaning chemicals and proper safety procedures
• Able to walk, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout your shift
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend availability is a plus!
