Maintenance Technician - Tucson, AZ (Corporate-Bonita)
Intermountain Centers is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain company properties through assessing and troubleshooting basic repairs, periodic servicing, painting, cleaning, and grounds keeping.
Responsibilities- Completes routine maintenance at facilities.
- Maintain security and safety of the building(s) including structural, mechanical and fire safety.
- Assist in planning and performing safety drills and training.
- Triage and respond to maintenance and emergency requests in a timely manner.
- Maintains accurate logs of repairs, maintenance completed and safety inspections.
- Assist in monitoring the work and whereabouts of outside vendors working on-site.
- Maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
- Perform cosmetic maintenance of the building(s) interior and exterior.
- Assemble and move furniture.
- Hang pictures and bulletin boards.
- Renovations, repairs, and janitorial duties.
- Quality control in areas of cleaning, upkeep, and safety.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: At least three (3) years experience in general building maintenance and facilities management. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
- Regulatory:
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Current, valid Arizona Driver’s License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report, proof of vehicle registration and liability coverage to meet insurance requirements.
- Level I fingerprint clearance.
- Initial negative TB test result, within the prior 12 months (Employer provides).
