** Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant provides ongoing preventative maintenance and resident assistance, building and grounds maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance problems and various related tasks as assigned. Performs most tasks independently with occasional assistance of outside vendor. Is available to respond to maintenance emergencies that may arise outside of regular working hours.

Ability to be self-supervising and self-motivating. Able to set priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner.  

Minimum Qualifications Prior experience in building maintenance.  Must possess knowledge of the following:  Pinnacle Senior Living is a dynamic organization in a rapidly expanding Independent and Assisted Living industry.
