Casas Church is looking for a Custodial Lead to provide day-to-day leadership and support to our custodial team while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming church and school campus. This is a hands-on leadership role that works alongside the custodial team to coordinate daily responsibilities, prepare facilities for worship services, school activities, events, and ministry needs, and ensure established cleanliness and safety standards are met.
The Custodial Lead will help train and support team members, monitor quality, communicate facility needs, coordinate with vendors and other Facilities staff, and assist with work orders and special projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-minded, and able to lead by example while working collaboratively with others. A heart for serving others and a desire to contribute to a positive, respectful team environment are essential.
Spanish proficiency preferred.
