Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Facility Maintenance

Maple Pacific Corp. is currently seeking a full-time Janitor to join its team in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the manufacturing facility. Your duties will include regular cleaning of work areas, restrooms, and common spaces, as well as ensuring that all equipment and machinery are kept in a clean and safe condition.

You will also be tasked with managing waste disposal and recycling, as well as restocking supplies as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, to ensure that the facility remains in top condition. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing a clean and safe environment for all employees.

Daily tasks include cleaning offices, restrooms, and common areas, which involves dusting surfaces, wiping down desks, and sanitizing shared spaces. This also includes sweeping and mopping floors to maintain a clean and safe environment, as well as emptying trash bins to ensure proper waste disposal and restocking supplies to keep common areas well-stocked and functional.

You’ll work in a team environment at our Tucson, AZ facility, collaborating with other maintenance staff to ensure a clean and safe workspace.

The salary range for this position is between $38,000 and $54,695 per year, providing a competitive base pay that can vary depending on experience and location.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of janitorial experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, including offices, warehouses, and production areas.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain and restock supplies, including cleaning materials and equipment.
• Address and resolve any maintenance issues, such as broken equipment or leaks, in a timely manner.
• Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to keep our facilities running smoothly.
• Work collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure our workspace is always in top condition.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and cleaning.
• Reliable transportation to commute to Tucson, AZ.
