This is a full-time on-site role for a District Manager located in the Greater Tucson Area. The District Manager oversees daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include managing staff, tracking performance metrics, driving sales, implementing marketing strategies, and maintaining budgets. The role also involves building relationships with customers and the local community while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Leadership and team management skills, including employee training and motivation
• Strong understanding of business operations, sales, and performance management
• Proficiency in strategic planning and implementing marketing initiatives
• Experience in budgeting, financial oversight, and meeting operational goals
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans
• Background in the automotive service or retail industry is highly preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Tucson Area and travel between locations as necessary
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
