Join Our Team as a Key Account Manager at Epiroc!

The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in developing long-term, value-driven partnerships with assigned customers. This position focuses on analyzing customer operations, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies that increase Epiroc's market presence and profitability across capital equipment, parts, service, and drilling tools. Strong collaboration with Business Line Managers (BLMS) and the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels are essential to success.

The work environment includes being regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 25 pounds, frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds and is occasionally required to lift up to and in excess of 100 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Personal Protection Equipment may be required in this role. The position is considered Safety Sensitive.

Work Type:
Travelling to customer locations at Freeport mines, AZ & Climax mine, CO

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of assigned customer operations, strategies, and needs to design and implement customized plans that drive market share growth and profitability.
  • Own full Profit & P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, maintaining a strong results-oriented focus.
  • Ensure consistent global sales and service levels across accounts through innovative problem-solving, action-oriented decision-making, and effective project management of proposals and contracts.
  • Serve as the primary Epiroc representative for assigned accounts, managing all communications with confidence and a persuasive, professional presence across presentations, meetings, and day-to-day interactions.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate data on fleet usage (Epiroc and competitor), drilling parameters, and operational efficiency to inform strategic decisions demonstrating readiness to take risk and make prompt decisions in a dynamic environment.
