A company is looking for a Manager, Behavioral Health Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities Manage behavioral health utilization review clinicians to ensure compliance with guidelines Analyze utilization management activities to identify areas for improvement and align with goals Develop and maintain compliance with behavioral health utilization management policies and procedures

Required Qualifications , Training, and Education Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred License to practice independently or state-required licensure Knowledge of behavioral health utilization management principles preferred Advanced understanding of medical necessity criteria for a range of behavioral health services preferred
