Country Director - Haiti

A company is looking for a Country Director for Haiti.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Country Management Team and ensure effective decision-making and staff capacity Oversee strategic development and management of the country program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals Represent the organization with government, donors, and other stakeholders while managing risks and ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications:

Relevant postgraduate qualification Five years or more experience in a senior position with an international NGO Experience managing diverse and multi-sectoral programs and teams Knowledge of donor compliance and securing external funding Experience in humanitarian programs and security management
