Role PurposeThis role is responsible for directing the work of all station agents as they perform all aspects of the operation to include customer service operations, baggage services and ramp services functions. Besides supervision you will be an integrated part of the operations process and perform some of the above tasks. Position requires heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching and frequent kneeling.
Adheres to all standards procedures ensuring all work is performed safely and is supported by following established procedures and protocols.
- Oversee daily airport operations including planning for gate changes, weather delays, crew connections, international arrivals/departures; ensuring rapid response to operational changes.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, provide clear direction to staff and ensure accurate dissemination of operational information.
- Lead, mentor and train employees; participate in hiring, performance evaluations, disciplinary processes and addressing employee concerns.
- Manage administrative tasks such as shift reports, timecard reviews/corrections, incident reports and performance documentation.
- Conduct shift briefings, support baggage handling operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

- Prior airline operations experience required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license.
- Pass all pre-employment testing including a drug screen, FBI background, Customs Seal and employment history.
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English.
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have high school diploma or GED.
