Hiring Range is an estimate of where you can receive an offer. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, training, and internal equity. Pay Range is the entire compensation range for the position. The Pima County Public Library is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and community-focused Librarian III to serve as the Branch Manager of the Flowing Wells Branch who will provide leadership for a dynamic public library serving the northwest Tucson community.

Plans, organizes, controls, manages, and participates in the operations of one or more department units, including budget and payroll administration and direct strength-based supervision, training, coaching, and assessment of professional and subordinate unit supervisors;
Coordinates the maintenance, repair, and modification of assigned facilities with appropriate County departments and agencies and provides onsite supervision to vendors and service providers;
Participates in the development and implementation of departmental strategic directions, policies and procedures by identifying community needs using available data (census, demographic, survey, etc.), providing input, creating related plans for assigned division(s), and motivating staff to apply the organization's values and strategic directions;
Interprets and ensures compliance with applicable federal state, county and related laws, rules and regulations within assigned division(s) including maintaining appropriate security and confidentiality within assigned division(s);
