The Project Manager owns project delivery across IT, cabling, and security engagements. You hold the team accountable to scope, budget, and timeline while keeping clients informed at every stage.## What you'll do
* Run project kickoff, scope confirmation, and resource allocation
* Manage schedules, change orders, and budget tracking
* Coordinate field, service desk, and engineering resources
* Lead client communication from kickoff through closeout
* Drive project documentation and handoff to recurring service teams## What we're looking for
* 3+ years project management in MSP, low voltage, or commercial construction context
* PMP or equivalent project management discipline preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Comfort with project tools (HaloPSA, Microsoft Project, or comparable)
* Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson and able to travel
