RTX in Tucson is seeking an experienced contracts and proposals professional for a hybrid role. You will work with Contracts Lead, Program Directors, and senior management to construct, submit, and negotiate pricing proposals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
The position requires a university degree or equivalent with 8+ years of related experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years). Security clearance is preferred;
DoD contracts experience is a plus.
