Sun Tran is seeking a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations, maintenance and repair of all Sun Tran facilities – including transit centers, park-and-ride lots and administrative buildings. This leadership role ensures our facilities are safe, efficient and fully operational to support our vital public transportation services.

QUALIFICATIONS
:
High school diploma or GED required; some college or technical training preferred. At least 3 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance. At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in maintenance or facilities setting. Preferred (but not required): FMP, CFM;
Valid Class B CDL or willingness to obtain.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring timely repairs, preventative maintenance and safety compliance
• Manage vendor contracts (janitorial, landscaping, etc.) and monitor performance to ensure service level expectations are met
• Supervise Facilities Technicians, assign tasks, manage schedules and evaluate staff performance
• Track and manage the facilities operating budget; prepare reports for department leadership
• Support departmental initiatives and safety programs in coordination with the Director of Facilities and Maintenance
