• Support development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in MS Project, based on requirements and scope provided by the customer.
• Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle that incorporates contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines.
• Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases.
• Ensure the IMS is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets and demonstrates thorough cost and schedule integration.
• Lead and conduct detailed performance capture and analysis of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness and compliance.
• Support EAC and LRE processes as they relate to the Program IMS.
• Lead the development and maintenance of the Program Master Phasing Schedule using Milestones Professional Software.
• Mentor and train junior planners.
• Maintain eligibility for a U.S. government issued security clearance (DoD Secret).

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Experience using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar.
• Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical paths and workflows.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
• Experience in Agile planning and execution.
• Experience leading planning effort on a program with external EV reporting and DFARS EV clause invoked.
• Experience with DCMA and JSA audit.
• Experience with integration of subcontractors and operations into program plans, schedules and financial tracking.
