Are you an injection molding tooling professional looking for a role where you will take ownership of mold tooling, drive preventative maintenance, and directly impact production quality?

This manufacturing organization is continually growing and with continued investment in tooling, equipment, and process improvement, they are looking to add a highly experienced Injection Molding Tooling Engineer / Senior Mold Technician to support and strengthen their Tucson facility.
The Role- Take ownership of all injection mold tooling across the facility
- Designing, repair and maintenance of a range of existing and new tools
- Assist molding teams in optimizing injection molding processes and efficiencies to improve part quality and consistency
- Perform mold maintenance and coordinate major repairs with external toolmakers
- Strong knowledge of injection mold design, repair, and maintenance
- Ideally have knowledge of plastic injection molding
- 3D CAD experience beneficial but not essential
