• Be the official creator of the gummy solution.
• Efficiently follow detailed recipes to produce gummies with high quality, consistency, and minimal waste.
• Perform mathematical calculations to ensure proper dosage.
• Properly mix all ingredients to ensure adequate homogenization.
• Keep accurate and legible production logs.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation.
• Inspect finished products for quality and visual presentation.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.
• Packaging and labeling duties as needed.
• Follow AZDHS regulations for health and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to deliver accuracy while meeting and exceeding goals.
• High school diploma or GED (required), Associate degree and/or 2‑year culinary preferred.
• 2‑year working experience in a kitchen, or food production.
• Ability to work 7:00 AM‑4:00 PM.
• Ability to work on your feet for an 8‑hour shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Detail oriented and able to follow meticulous instructions.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• The ability to work well with others.
• Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.

The company offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. This is a full‑time hourly paid position.
