Job Title: Assembler I – 3rd Shift

Location: Tucson, AZ 85755

Pay Rate: $17 .00 - $19.00per hour

Work Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

The Assembler I is responsible for performing kit packing and assembly operations in a manufacturing environment while maintaining strict quality and production standards. This position operates on 3rd shift and requires adherence to safety procedures, production specifications, and quality control requirements. The role supports efficient manufacturing operations and ensures assembled products meet company specifications.

• Operate assembly equipment and machinery according to established specifications

• Perform kit packing and assembly tasks accurately and efficiently

• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the assembly process

• Monitor production efficiency and maintain consistent workflow

• Safely operate tools and machinery in accordance with safety procedures

• Identify and report production or equipment issues to supervisors

• 0–5 years of relevant experience

• Ability to work overnight shift in a manufacturing environment

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
