Job Title: Aerospace Hydraulics Planner

DescriptionSargent Aerospace & Defense is a leading supplier of precision engineered products to the aerospace and defense industries. The company focuses on innovative solutions, including hydraulic actuation and valve systems for commercial and military aircraft.
Responsibilities- Ensure safety is the foundation of daily work through vigilance and accountability
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders
- Conduct capacity analysis and material requirements planning
- Review demand to determine quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority
- Interface with Procurement and Production on material status and scheduling issues
- Assist in maintaining accuracy of the database
- Provide analysis support for shipment plans, changes and effects, gross margin, cycle time, etc.
- Associate’s degree at a minimum
- 4–8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment or related field
- Experience with production control, expediting, ERP systems, and MS Office applications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
- APICS/ASCM Certification
