What you’ll do Rubber Application:
Prime and line tanks, pipes, and other equipment with rubber, ensuring quality and precision in every application. This role involves hands-on work applying materials carefully to meet quality standards.
Material Handling:
Lift and move heavy objects by hand or using forklifts, carts, or other material handling equipment as required. Daily tasks include physically supporting production needs and assisting various departments.
Production Reporting:
Record and report production labor hours, product quantity, and product quality consistently to support operational tracking and continuous improvement.
Safety First:
Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
What you’ll bring
Must-haves:
Ability to read a measuring tape accurately and follow step-by-step work instructions.
Physical capability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk throughout the entire workday.
Willingness to work in a hands-on role with attention to detail.
Ability to wear a face respirator as required and adhere to safety protocols.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation.
Ability to read simple drawings and blueprints.
