** Pay Rate:**  $20/hr

** Position Overview*
* As a Manufacturing Associate on our 2nd Shift dispenser build team. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and compliant production of high-quality medical devices in alignment with industry standards.

** Responsibilities*
* + Perform manufacturing processes according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

+ Operate and maintain production equipment

+ Monitor workflows to ensure product quality and consistency

+ Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations

+ Assist with troubleshooting equipment and process improvements

+ Complete documentation as required for compliance and traceability

+ Support a clean, organized, and safe work environment

** Qualifications*
* + 0-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as required

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Proven problem-solving abilities

+ Familiarity with industry best practices

** Preferred Experience*
* + Previous work experience in diagnostics or pharmaceutical manufacturing
