• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and work instructions.
• Utilize CAD software for designing tooling and fixtures.
• Monitor production metrics and suggest improvements for continuous enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor junior engineering staff and production personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
