What You Need to KnowYou will receive, process, pack, and ship blood products and samples for hospital orders. Your responsibilities include triaging orders by urgency, packing products with correct temperature control, communicating with hospital clients, volunteers, and vendors, and maintaining records to preserve traceability.
As a team member you will show up for each shift, give 100% focus, and interact with internal and external customers in a positive, proactive manner.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure products/samples are suitable for release and meet production goals.
- Perform good inventory management practices throughout the manufacturing and shipping process.
- Prioritize workload to meet production and customer requirements.
- Enter data related to manufacturing, labeling, storage, ordering, and shipping; maintain accurate physical and electronic records.
- Analyze visual inspections and departmental information to meet time requirements and quality standards.
- Identify and quarantine products/samples that do not meet quality requirements, and dispose of unacceptable product.
- Make hospital deliveries as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience in a regulatory, distribution, or manufacturing environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good computer skills, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and strong decision‑making ability.
- Position may require a valid driver’s license.
Requires standing, stretching, stooping and bending for extended periods; lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds. May work in walk‑in refrigerators/freezers and wear protective clothing such as lab coats, gloves, and face shields.

: $17.50 an hour
