Role: Sr. Analyst, Materials Planning, SIOP – Onsite position in Tucson, AZ.
What You Will Do- Material Stock Availability; create the balance between customer demands, product inventory, and production levels.
- Support analysis of Bills of Material in an MRP system; release work orders and track material through the assembly process.
- Evaluate and coordinate program requirements to ensure a controlled flow of materials and services to meet customer requirements.
- Provide status on material availability and potential supply problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are provided as needed.
- Work daily to confirm material supply and demands.
- Coordinate interdepartmental activities with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering; propose solutions to mitigate any work stoppage due to material orders.
- Controls on hand material throughout its life cycle; issue to work orders or projects, returns to suppliers, ship to customers, etc.
- University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software.
- Experience in manufacturing, planning, scheduling, material tracking, or relevant project management experience.
- Active and transferable Secret clearance at time of application.
- Experience with Special Program Access.
- Experience with Kinaxis, CMES or similar software.
- Material planning and order execution experience.
- Experience with MS Office 360 (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook/Teams).

Salary Range: $68,900 - $131,100 USD.
