Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Tucson, AZ

Shift: Second Shift (Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a diligent and motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our team on the 2nd shift in our dispenser build department. In this role, you will perform a variety of manufacturing processes to ensure our products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Perform manufacturing procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

• Ensure strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations

• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the production process

• Contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

• Accurately complete required production documentation

• 0-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Basic knowledge of industry best practices and manufacturing workflows

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed

• Experience in diagnostics or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus, but not required

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the US

• Training will be provided as needed
