Manufacturing Operator - 3rd Shift

The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Manufacturing Operator for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Tucson, AZ 85755. Details of the position are as follows:


Job Details:

• Pay: $20.61/hour
• Schedule: Full-time | 3rd Shift (Exact hours to be provided)
• Duration: 1-year contract
• Location: Tucson, AZ
• Work Environment: 100% Onsite

Position Overview:
Join a leading manufacturing team assembling high-quality products in a fast-paced production environment. You'll operate production equipment, perform quality checks, and help meet daily production goals while following safety standards. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous Manufacturing Operator or manufacturing experience.
Ideal Experience Includes:

• Previous Manufacturing Operator experience preferred
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Comfortable working with machinery and hand tools
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to established specifications and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily production goals.
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Report production issues, equipment concerns, or quality problems to supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0–5 years of manufacturing or related experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to use manufacturing tools and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Manufacturing Operator experience
• Prior manufacturing or production assembly experience
