TM International, the world’s largest manufacturer of temporary tattoos, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Technician to join our growing Semi-Permanent Tattoo Printing team. This hands‑on role is responsible for producing high-quality semi‑permanent tattoo products while ensuring precision, consistency, safety, and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a structured production environment, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and has a strong commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
Whatyou’ll own
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot inkjet printing equipment used to manufacture semi‑permanent tattoo products.
- Set up production runs by loading materials, verifying artwork alignment, and maintaining proper ink levels.
- Perform laminating and delaminating processes according to established production specifications.
- Operate CAD cutting equipment to accurately cut tattoo sheets to required dimensions and designs.
- Conduct in‑process and final quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications.
- Identify, document, and report quality concerns or production issues promptly.
- Package finished products for shipment while maintaining product integrity and presentation.
- Complete production documentation accurately and maintain required production records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), where applicable.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with process optimization as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects or inconsistencies.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience operating inkjet printers, digital printing equipment, or similar production machinery.
- Experience with laminating, die cutting, CAD cutting, or print finishing equipment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and manufacturing best practices.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and tasks requiring fine motor skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and perform other physical activities required in a manufacturing environment.
- Visual ability to inspect printed products for quality and accuracy.
