Tool and Die Machinist 2nd Shift

Tool and Die Machinist – 2nd Shift, Tucson, AZ (Monday – Friday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

• Rework parts to meet print and specification requirements.
• Operate manual mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tooling prints.
• Create functional dies and cutting tools.
• Modify servicing tools and molds as needed.
• Perform entry‑level machining and maintain quality records.
• Use basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparator).
• Apply manufacturing and quality processes and principles.
• Problem‑solve with practical solutions; calculate figures and amounts.
• Maintain effective interpersonal and communication skills.

• 1–3 years of tooling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail, strong communication skills.
• Experience with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) and blueprint reading.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Position subject to ITAR; U.S. person status required.

Physically demanding: standing, walking, overhead reaching, lifting 35–40 lb., pushing and pulling totes, leaning over machines.
