Pay: $20.00–$20.61/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 3rd Shift
Assignment: 1-Year Contract (06/29/2026 – 06/28/2027)
Position Overview
The Associate Manufacturing Operator is responsible for assembling products according to work instructions and technical specifications while maintaining quality and production standards. This role includes performing basic inspections, operating manufacturing equipment safely, and supporting efficient production operations.
Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components by following work instructions, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to identify defects and ensure product quality.
• Follow established production procedures to meet daily production goals.
• Safely operate manufacturing tools, machinery, and production equipment.
• Report equipment issues, material defects, or production concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety and quality policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–5 years of manufacturing or related experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Basic problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn manufacturing systems.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
