Operations Manager

Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Shift: 2nd

• Monitor plastic extrusion lines to ensure optimal production performance.
• Regularly check resin levels to maintain continuous operation of extrusion lines.
• Collaborate with management to ensure all equipment is properly maintained for safe and efficient functionality.
• Read and calculate measurements to meet production schedule requirements.
• Conduct quality control checks on materials to ensure compliance with standards.
• Safely operate forklifts to move and handle materials as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 - 75 pounds (not consecutively) and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, or stooping throughout the shift as required.
• Self-motivated and safety-minded with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and calculate measurements accurately.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Experience or familiarity with warehouse operations, plastic extrusion processes, and forklift operation is preferred.
