Bachelor or Associate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field of study is desired. High school diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
Experience:A proven track record of successfully performing production tasks with three or more years of manufacturing or laboratory experience is desired.
Knowledge:Well-balanced technical background with focus on ceramic and other related materials. Detailed knowledge of a wide variety of production/manufacturing processes is desired.
EssentialPhysical Requirements:
Ability to safely weigh, mix and move bulk materials and operate manufacturing equipment. Some heavy lifting required.
Special Requirements :US citizenship is required.
