Position: SMT Operator
Report To:
Director of Production
Location:
Tucson, Arizona
Schedule:
Fri – Sun, 12‑hour shifts, paid as a full 40‑hour week
Core Competencies:
- 2-3 years of experience on Mycronic or similar equipment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to read PCB layouts and work instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
Day in the Life:
- Prepare and load machines
- Troubleshoot and diagnose errors and adjust machines to improve placement accuracy
- Clean and maintain equipment
- Record production data, defects, and machine performance
- Work with engineers, quality teams, and production supervisors to keep the line running smoothly
