We are seeking an Electronics & Repair Tech for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Tucson, AZ. This hands‑on role is ideal for a detail-oriented electronics professional who enjoys troubleshooting circuit boards, performing precision soldering, and supporting high-quality electronic control systems.
You will join a growing, collaborative manufacturing environment where technical accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement are valued. Key Responsibilities- Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies, circuit boards, and control system components.
- Perform precision soldering, PCB rework, component replacement, and product verification.
- Configure, calibrate, and validate electronic products before shipment.
- Diagnose failures, document root causes, and support corrective action efforts.
- Follow quality standards, process control procedures, and electronic testing requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve product reliability and manufacturing processes.
- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
