RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Cell Lead (MCL) to oversee all manufacturing activities in a fast-paced production environment. You will manage scheduling, quality, and cost performance for assigned work areas, and ensure resources and safety compliance.
You will coordinate with planning, engineering, and QA, leading up to 20 touch labor personnel across one shift, with extended hours when required. A degree and strong ERP/Lean background are required.
