Production Painter Wanted — Join Our Manufacturing Team!

Do you have a steady hand and an eye for detail? We're looking for a Production Painter to join our team and help us deliver flawless, high-quality finishes on every part that leaves our shop floor.

• Operate and maintain spray painting equipment to apply precision finishes on a variety of materials and parts
• Mix paints, coatings, and solutions to spec
• Read and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Rack/un-rack parts and monitor drying for consistent, top-tier results
• Inspect finished products against quality standards (ISO
  9001/AS9100)
• Track production counts, log data, and route parts to the next department
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safety-first

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior spray painting experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred)
• Solid knowledge of paints, solvents, and their applications
• Familiarity with ISO
  9001/AS9100 quality standards
• Sharp attention to detail and a precise, controlled hand
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Flexibility to adapt as tasks and priorities shift

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Good with bending, stooping, and reaching
• Able to work around noise, dust, chemical vapors, and temperature changes
• This is a designated safety-sensitive position
