What You'll Do:

* Operate machinery and assemble components following detailed specifications

* Maintain strict quality control throughout the assembly process

* Ensure production efficiency by adhering to schedules

* Safely operate tools and equipment

* Identify and report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly

What We're Looking For:

* 0-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a similar environment

* Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly

* Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors

* Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software is a plus

Nice to Have:

* Prior experience working swing or third shift

* Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required

* High school diploma or equivalent
