Position:
Assembler I (Manufacturing Operator)
Location:
Tucson, AZ Assignment duration: 12 months Shift: 3rd Shift - 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (Shift differential included)
The organisation is looking for Manufacturing Operators/Assemblers to work on the overnight shift assembling products according to detailed work instructions. The role involves operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining quality standards, working safely, and meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Must-Have Qualifications- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator (ideal candidate)
- Ability to assemble products by following written specifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to operate production tools and machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work the overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
- Experience working in a production facility
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and standard operating procedures
- Assemble products according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks during assembly.
- Maintain production efficiency.
- Operate tools and machinery safely.
- Report production or quality issues to supervisor
