Production Manager

Trillium Professional is now seeking a Production Manager for direct hire in Tucson, AZ!

The Production Manager is responsible for leading manufacturing teams and ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role focuses on daily production execution, team leadership, quality, and productivity while supporting continuous improvement across the operation.

• Lead daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and output targets.
• Manage supervisors, team leaders, and production associates as assigned.
• Develop, implement and monitor production performance matrix, KPIs and drive corrective actions when performance is off target.
• Coach and develop supervisors and team members to build a strong performance culture.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and workflow to support efficient operations.
• Track production performance and address issues impacting safety, quality, delivery, or cost.
• Partner with Quality and supply chain to support business objectives.
• Support standard work, lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and planning teams to resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and work instructions.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve capability and engagement.
• Support inventory accuracy, material flow, and production readiness.
• Drive accountability, problem solving, and operational discipline on the floor.
• Lean problem-solving efforts and implement sustainable countermeasures.

Annual salary is $85-95k/year.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production leadership.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Working knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of lean principles, production metrics, establishing KPI's, 5S and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
