Material Handler

This role supports a fast-paced aerospace production environment through the handling, movement, and management of materials.

Responsibilities include:

• Material Handling
• Load and unload materials within the warehouse or storage facility.
• Move materials using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other material-handling equipment.
• Transport materials to and from aircraft, trucks, trains, or designated storage locations.
• Inventory & Documentation
• Verify, label, and receive incoming deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Process returns, complete required documentation, and communicate with appropriate internal teams.
• Equipment & Collaboration
• Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance on material-handling equipment.
• Partner with internal departments to locate missing packages, resolve delivery errors, and replace damaged materials.

Qualifications:

• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting with good coordination.

  Ability to count and measure quantities accurately.
• Experience:
  
  0–2 years of experience as a Material Handler or in a related role.
• Communication:
  Strong communication skills for teamwork and coordination.
• Attention to Detail:
  High level of accuracy in labeling, tracking, and handling procedures.
• Certifications:
  
  Willingness to become forklift certified.

Work Environment:
Material Handlers work under immediate supervision and follow established guidelines and procedures. Worker will utilize TWB for weekly time reporting. Supplier should register in Fieldglass on behalf of worker as he/she will not need access to this system.
