Raytheon is looking for an experienced Factory Quality Engineer to join the Effectors Operations Quality team supporting a face paced, multi value stream in our Tucson, AZ factory.
The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter capable of driving quality requirements, manufacturing objectives, continuous improvement, and achieving results in a matrixed environment. This position supports a manufacturing effort that requires the ability to operate in a challenging and dynamic environment where successful quality execution is a key contributor to overall success. Note - A 3rd shift differential of 12% will be paid.
The working schedule will begin at 10:00pm and finish at 6:30am, with some flexibility. Sign-on bonus available, provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.

Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSACAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
