Become a Key Player as a Production Assembler 1You will help the team produce mechanical and electromechanical assemblies that support critical product lines. In this onsite role you will work first shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–8:00 AM start window) with occasional evening/weekend overtime, contributing to consistent production output and safety compliance.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following defined instructions and safety procedures
- Complete a hands-on assessment as part of the interview process and demonstrate the ability to follow coaching and feedback
- Maintain reliable attendance to meet guaranteed hours and production schedules
- Participate in random drug testing and comply with FAA drug screen requirements for this safety-sensitive role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Consistent, excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to be coached and follow detailed instructions
- Willingness to complete and pass a hands-on skills assessment
$13.60 - $17.00/hour
