WhatYou Will Do
- Provide resources, training, and talent management to the team.
- Owns the execution of material program strategy (MPS) and the material program plan (MPP).
- Drive impact and influence program planning, financial goals, building teams.
- Review and approve gating activities, EACs, Risk Register, engineering boards, proposal strategies, supply base messaging.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve supplier or material issues.
- Report status related to supplier and material needs to various leadership teams at varying levels:
Tier1-3. - Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally as required.
- Typically requires A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum
10years prior relevant experience, or - An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum7years experience.
- Experience managing and/or leading a team.
- Supply chain experience in the Aerospace or Defense Industry.
- Experience coordinating strategies and managing tactical execution.
- Prime proposal, negotiation experience.
- TINA compliance experience.
- Financial acumen, budget management, EAC experience.
- International Supply Chain experience.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Position DetailsOnsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
